Nicotine Withdrawal

Good Day Peter and team, as we have all heard most people would like to stop smoking, others have to and so on. I have always been one of those that say I would like to stop but never really made the effort. I am now one of those that has to stop, no choices left, and yet I am finding it incredibly tough. Even though I had to health scares 3 weeks apart I have not strengthened my mind enough to say no. Done the acupuncture, reading, stocking up on things to snack on (not sweets)and yet the craving does not go away. I can spend hours in the company of people that are non smokers and be okay (not perfect) but okay. The minute I get home where I know a cigarette will be available (hubby smokes) the craving is there. I am sharing this because in my mind this as almost as bad as cocaine or heroine. It hurts my daughter if she sees or smells that I have had a cigarette knowing how ill I was a couple of months ago. I get angry with myself for being weak then angry for having a smoke then angry because I am craving and so the wheel turns. Bottom line...smoking is incredibly hard to give me. I will continue my attempts and pray that the day will come when I m successful and no longer am a smoker. Thanking you in advance for taking the time to read this. Regards Jenni.

I understand it is difficult to quit but with the right guidance and motivation it is possible, it can be done. Stay in touch we will be introducing a method to to stop.

In my opinion, you need to quit smoking gradually, reducing the amount of nicotine. Decision to buy electronic cigarette helped me to quit in a year. http://mygadget.us I bought it here, so if it's difficult for someone to start, try it out.
