As much as it would be convenient to excuse addiction as disease we cannot do so. Addiction is a sin gone out of control. As the serpent seduced eve the serpent of addiction deceived you and I. The serpent says: "This little potion will make feel like God and you will be in control " little did you know that this potion would spin your life out of control. It would attract destructive consequences. It would hurt many people . We need to repent from the sin of addiction. When our repentance is of genuine essence we will call on people who can help us get out of this bondage. We will do whatever it takes to free ourselves from the trap.
